Sharon Wiseman Leads Growth Projects for Wiseman Consulting & Training

Schaumburg IL., October 15, 2007 Dan Wiseman, Managing Partner with Wiseman Consulting & Training (WCT) announced today that Sharon Wiseman, the firm’s co-founder, will be taking the lead on several growth projects for the firm.  “Over the past several years our business has grown steadily based on continuing demand for our proven, mature services. In addition, we have received a steady flow of requests from key clients to help in additional areas of the library environment. Based on that demand, we have invested in developing library leadership training, expanded our board training services, and added services to help with board governance, as well as facilitating healthy interaction between library executive directors and their boards. Sharon’s recent hand-on experience with the Chicago Public Library and The Arlington Heights Memorial Library, has greatly informed our work in these areas of expanded service. Growth demands have dictated our firm’s need to put Sharon’s insightful experience to work on behalf of current and new clients in these areas of expended service”. Sharon Wiseman notes, “I am a librarian at heart and always will be. I have great respect for the clients we serve because I fully appreciate the constant demands and significant pressures that library leaders face every day. It’s a joy for me to bring my twenty-five plus years of experience to the challenges they face”.
